Unfair Dismissal in Jordan: Worker Rights and Compensation under Jordanian Labour Law

Arbitrary dismissal means ending a worker’s employment in a way that conflicts with Jordanian Labour Law or without a legitimate reason for ending the employment contract, taking into account the contract type and the circumstances surrounding its termination.
